ommonwealth Bank Indonesia, a subsidiary of the CommonwealthBank of Australia, signed a joint financing agreement worth Rp 500 billion (US$45million) with PT Astra Sedaya Finance, a subsidiary of PT Astra International.
The agreement is the second after one signed in February 2011.
Astra Sedaya finance director Hugeng Gozali said that the financing provided by Commonwealth Bank Indonesia would help the company expand its vehicle credit financing services.
Currently, Astra Sedaya Finance has around 60 branch offices throughout the archipelago.
