As of now, tax collection has reached 60 percent of the target. Within two months until year-end, the government aims for another Rp 300 trillion (US$44 billion) to keep the shortfall not more than Rp 160 trillion. This year's realization is forecast to reach Rp 1.1 quadrillion, or less Rp 195 trillion than the target of Rp 1.29 quadrillion.(JP/Ricky Yudhistira)
