Guess what?: Ayudia Bing Slamet makes movie comeback

Actress Ayudia Bing Slamet will return to the silver screen in the film Mantan (The Ex), kompas.com reports.

“I can say that this film is my comeback to the acting world after taking two years off to take care of my family and child,” she said in a statement.

Ayudia, a granddaughter of late renowned comedian Bing Slamet, said she needed to work hard to develop the character. Set to hit theaters in June, the film discusses ex-boyfriends or girlfriends, a topic that is very close to people’s personal lives.

Directed by Svetlana Dea, Ayudia plays Ella, one of the five ex-girlfriends of the main character, Adi (played by Gandhi Fernando). The other four ex-girlfriends are Frida (Karina Nadila), Juliana (Kimberly Ryder), Tara (Luna Maya) and Deedee (Citra Scholastika).
