KamiPetz aims to ease veterinarian care for all

B

ali-based PT Cipta Fasilitator Aplikasi launched KamiPetz on Saturday, an application to provide easy access to health care for pets. KamiPetz offers direct consultations with veterinarians, ranging from general practitioners to skin, dental, eye, reproductive and oncology specialists among others.

The app answers the concerns of pet owners who are having trouble finding veterinarians, inspired by the difficulty faced by the app’s cofounders, who had trouble finding the right veterinarian for their cat, which was seriously ill.

Using the application, pet owners can consult online and/or offline with the best veterinarians to find the right care. In collaboration with top clinics in Bali, such as Anom Vet Clinic, Semer Vet, Kedonganan Vet, Gatsu Vet and Canifeli Vet, and many more, KamiPetz offers access to the best pet health in Bali that can be accessed by all, complete with online payments.

“We at Petz are very happy with the support from Bali's top clinics who came from Anom Vet Clinic, Semer Vet and Kedonganan Vet to provide free consultations. Hanamaro Grooming also offered free dry grooming and Dewata K9 is here to give shows and education about dog training. The Bali Reptile Community also enlivened the event through an exotic pet exhibition at the launch of KamiPetz today," said CEO and cofounder Kiki Rizki at the launch at Finn’s Recreational Club.

Indonesia saw a significant rise in pet care by 38 percent during the COVID-19 pandemic, making Indonesia the largest market for the industry in Southeast Asia with a size of Rp 21.81 trillion.

“This is a great time to launch the KamiPetz app. Apart from strategic opportunities due to the increasing market size of pet care in Indonesia, our hope is that we can help raise awareness among pet owners to start getting used to doing regular consultations with pets to ensure their prime health," said Kiki.
