Samsung once again took a hit at Apple in its latest ad.

This time around, the Korean tech giant mocked its rival’s flagship phone, the iPhone, on the issue of slowing down.

The new ad released Thursday shows a woman having troubles with her iPhone as it consistently slowed loading its apps. First, she had trouble using the Apple Wallet to pull up her boarding pass in the airport; while the one after her had a smooth process using her Samsung Galaxy S9.

Another woe for her was when she tried to book a cab, which ended in a mix-up with another client. The woman had had enough of her phone glitches, so she went to the Apple Store for help. She was only met with more disappointment as she was advised to upgrade her unit.

In the end, she made the switch to Samsung and texted to her mom: “It’s [lightning emojis].”

This was not the first time Samsung hit its rival in its ads. It previously fired shots at the iPhone for not having a stylus and killing the headphone jack.
