JAKARTA: Marriage has made young singer and actress Bunga Citra Lestari look for a new image, and she has gone for a boyish but glamorous look.

"I want to look more glamorous than before to show my maturity," Bunga said.

"But still, I want to keep my identity as a young woman as well," she added.

That is why Bunga has decided on a boyish style for her new look.

The 25-year-old singer shows off her new image in her latest video clip "Hanya Untukmu" ("Just for You").

"I'll appear with my new boyish image there - a bit of a punk hairstyle," she said, adding the image went along with a feminine gown and makeup style that would highlight her elegant and glamorous look.

The new clip will also include Malaysian actor Asraf Sinclair, Bunga's own husband. The couple got married in October 2008.

"The song is also the soundtrack for the Saus Kacang (Peanut Sauce) movie, in which Asraf and I play," she said. - JP
