Elderly couple found dead in Bandung

n elderly couple was found dead after suffering a savage attack in their home on Jl. Cibadak, Astanaanyar district, Bandung, West Java on Tuesday.

Warji, 82, and Slamet, 78, both of whom had sustained severe head injuries, were found by their son-in-law, Antonius. Slamet’s teeth had been knocked out, while Warji’s head appeared to have been slammed against wall.

The bodies of the husband and wife were taken to Hasan Sadikin Hospital for autopsy.

“So far, we have questioned seven witnesses related to this homicide. We believe that one of them is the murderer. We’ll see,” said Bandung Police head, Sr. Comr. Abdul Rakhman, at the scene of the crime as quoted by tribunnews.com.
