AKARTA: Singer Titik Puspa recently visited her longtime friend, businesswoman and former Democratic Party official Siti Hartati Murdaya, at the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) detention center in Kuningan, South Jakarta.

“I’ve known Bu Hartati for 20 years now. She’s an old friend of mine,” Titik said, as quoted by inilah.com.

Siti was detained in a bribery case related to two of her companies,
PT Hardaya Inti Plantation and PT Cipta Cakra Murdaya in Buol regency, Central Sulawesi.

Besides Hartati, the KPK has also detained Buol regent Amran Abdullah Batalipu and two of Hartati’s employees, Gondo Sudjono Notohadi and Yani Anshori.
