Musician Oppie Andaresta defines a successful woman as a person who is able to balance her roles in family and work.
'The challenge is no longer on gender equality issues, but how [a woman] manages to balance the two roles she plays,' said Oppie as quoted by Antara news agency.
The mother of Kai Matari Bejo Kaler said that she still works hard on fulfilling her roles as mother and wife, as well as being a musician.
'For me, that's the real challenge,' said the 41-year-old, adding that bad traffic between her house in Depok, West Java, and her work in Jakarta makes it even harder.
