Building managements asked to participate in enlivening Asiad

akarta Governor Anies Baswedan has called on managements of both state- and privately owned buildings in the capital to enliven the multisport event of the Asian Games by decorating the buildings using Asian Games attributes in the form of mascots, banners, logos and the like.
“The attributes’ content should be made in accordance with the provisions of the Indonesian Asian Games Organizing Committee [INASGOC], which could be accessed via www.jakarta.go.id or beritajakarta.id,” Anies said in a letter about participation in the 2018 Asian Games.
More technical matters could also be discussed with the respective mayor or regent, the governor added.
The appeal is supposed to be implemented on July 1.
Jakarta will cohost the quadrennial event from Aug. 18 to Sept. 2, along with Palembang in South Sumatra.
