Guess what: Mikha returns to music

Actress Mikha Tambayong wants to refocus her talents back to music, the art she pursued at the beginning of her career.

Back in 2010, Mikha released an album titled Bekas Pacar (Ex-Boyfriend). Additionally, she released several singles including “Senandung Bumi” (Earth’s Hum) and “Berpisah Itu Mudah” (Separating Is Easy), in which she collaborated with Rizky Febian.

“As of right now, I want to focus on singing. A while ago I released a duet, but right now I want to focus on releasing my own single,” Mikha told kompas.com.

Mikha said she stepped away from music because she wanted to focus on other things, including education.

“When I was attending university, I stepped away from the entertainment business. And when I got back, I took many roles in movies. So I did not have the time to pursue music,” said Mikha

Mikha had wanted to release a single by this year. However, due to several factors, the plan had to be postponed.

“I already have many activities for the end of this year. So maybe I will do it next year,” said Mikha.
