IA, a leading and trusted life insurance company in Indonesia, has launched AIA Sehat Untuk Negeri (AIA Health For The Nation), a social investment of AIA to encourage people to lead a healthy lifestyle. This program is in line with AIA’s commitment in helping millions of families in Indonesia live healthier, longer, better lives.

Chief Marketing Officer of AIA, Kathryn Monika Parapak said that AIA Sehat Untuk Negeri was a social investment of AIA to promote and encourage people to adopt the healthy lifestyle, both physically and mentally. She explained that AIA Sehat Untuk Negeri was also dedicated as AIA’s quick response to participate in tackling COVID-19 pandemic in Indonesia.

“Through the program, AIA has launched various initiatives aimed for customers and the community to help those who are in need of medical treatment due to being exposed to COVID-19, as well as maintain healthy lifestyle during the pandemic,” Kathryn said.

Through the AIA Sehat Untuk Negeri program, AIA contributed in helping the government to turn Pondok Gede Pilgrim Boarding House into a COVID-19 Emergency Hospital by donating 40 High Care Unit beds and other medical needs. This activity was followed up by a musical event from Mario Ginanjar (Kahitna) on July 19, 2020 during which the people were invited to sing together on @aiaindonesia Instagram account, with each participation has been converted into a donation.  Also, through the cooperation with Benih Baik Foundation, AIA has given oxygen tank donation to hospitals in five provinces across Indonesia.
