His publicist said Saturday that Harris was a passenger in a vehicle that was struck "in a collision" in Los Angeles. He was examined by doctors at a hospital and released. Further details were not provided.

Harris canceled a performance in Las Vegas and a Saturday performance at the Hangout Festival in Gulf Shores, Alabama.?

Born Adam Richard Wiles, Harris is known for the electronic dance music hits "Summer," ''Sweet Nothing" and "We Found Love" with Rihanna.
