iam Gallagher, former lead singer of the rock band Oasis, has unfortunately postponed his Indonesian concert date to 2018. The British musician had originally been scheduled to perform at Ecovention Ancol, Jakarta next month.
Nada Promotama, the promoters of this event, regrettably broke the news on their Twitter account, @NadaPromotama, citing scheduling issues between Gallagher and the team as the cause.
“In regard to the concert ‘Liam Gallagher of Oasis - Live in Jakarta’, we hereby announce that the concert has been rescheduled to Jan. 14, 2018 at the same location,” as quoted by Kompas.com, Thursday.

“Having considered all the fans in Indonesia and abroad, as well as the sponsors who continue to provide us with support for this concert, we have decided to accept the offer to reschedule,” the promoter wrote.
The request to postpone the concert date was made my Gallagher’s team. Back in May, an official announcement was made about Liam's upcoming concert in Jakarta on August 8th. (tha/asw)
