KPI leaves Della Puspita furious

AKARTA: Singer and actress Della Puspita is upset with the decision of the Indonesian Broadcasting Commission (KPI) to ban her unreleased song.

The 30-year-old explained that the KPI had forbid the distribution of the song Apa Aja Boleh (Anything is Possible) because they had deemed the lyrics to be too vulgar.

“But they aren’t, actually,” Della told kompas.com recently.

What made her more upset was that she had carried out a tour and promotional activities for the album release, but those turned out to be for nothing because the song had been banned by the KPI.

KPI representative Ezki Suyanto said the decision was made because the commission believed the song
contained elements of pornography.
