AKARTA: Action movie star and martial artist Willy Dozan says he did not hesitate to throw hard punches and kicks at his son, Leon, to make his latest movie as real as possible.
The scenes were for the movie Duel: The Last Choice, which Willy is also directing.
'We hit each other for real during scenes, but everything was under control,' Willy said as quoted by tribunnews.com.
Willy added that he did not hold back with his son because he was confident in Leon's mastery of martial arts.
'He [Leon] is a great martial artist. He is used to being beaten up. He can take care of himself,' Willy said.
