AKARTA: After taking a four-year sabbatical from the film industry, actress Carissa Putri is set to return to the silver screen with a starring role in Hanung Bramantyo'€™s new movie, Hijab.

'€œI'€™m very nervous about acting in front of the camera again,'€ she said as quoted by tribunnews.com.

To prepare for her role in the movie, Carissa said she had been practicing her lines and rehearsing regularly.

'€œI practice every day, so that when filming starts I'€™ll be ready, as it'€™s been a while for me,'€ said the actress, who previously starred in Ayat-ayat Cinta (Love Verses).

She said during the past four years, she had put her home life first and had not made any appearances in sinetron (soap operas).

'€œI was very interested when I was offered the role in the movie, and I can'€™t wait to do it,'€ the 30-year-old said.
