fter making necessary additions, City Policeresubmitted the dossiers of Neil Bantleman and Ferdinant Tjiong, two JakartaInternational School (JIS) teachers who were accused of sexually assaultingthree kindergarten students, to the state prosecutor's office on Thursday.
The dossiers were returned by the state prosecutor's office to City Police because they were missing evidence.
'We have inserted more evidence we gathered from the witnesses during their questioning and from several experts of the field,' City Police chiefspokesman Sr. Comr. Rikwanto said on Thursday.
Rikwanto said that police had previously submitted the dossiers to the prosecutor's office, but they were returned because they were deemed incomplete
