Guess what?: Marshanda loses custody of daughter

AKARTA: Actress and singer Andriani Marshanda has lost custody of her daughter, Sienna Ameera Kasyafani, to her ex-husband, Ben Kasyafani.

'€œThe panel of judges has granted the custody of the child to Ben,'€ Ben'€™s attorney, Denny Kailimalang, said, as quoted by tribunnews.com.

The decision came after the Central Jakarta Religious Affairs Court granted Marshanda'€™s request for a divorce.

While Ben was present in the courtroom, Marshanda was represented by attorney Aldilla Warganda.

'€œThe judges said their marriage has caused a lot of trouble, so they granted Marshanda'€™s divorce request,'€ Aldilla said.

Marshanda, however, was given visiting rights, according to the attorney. '€œBen and Chacha [Marshanda'€™s nickname] have agreed to take care of their daughter together.'€
