Edi Brokoli began his career in the entertainment industry as a vocalist for the Harapan Jaya band.
Later, the 37-year-old expanded his repertoire to include gigs as a television host and actor.
'I have always wanted to be a complete entertainer, not only a band vocalist,' Edi said as quoted by tribunnews.com.
The late Benyamin Sueb, the multi-talented Betawi artist who was a comedian, actor, director and composer, is an inspiration for Edi, who said he would not mind spending some time to learn new things to become a better artist.
'Whatever lies ahead in the future, I will always try to do my best as a true entertainer,' Edi said.
