The members of Bandung, West Java-based pop-punk band Rocket Rockers say they will delay releasing their latest release following the magnitude-7.9 earthquake that devastated Nepal.

According to band drummer Ozom, his friends Alma Parahita and Kadek Andana have been missing since the quake struck on May 8.

More than 8,000 people have died in the quake and its aftermath and hundreds remain missing, according to reports.

Ozom said that he has since spent a lot of time searching for his friends at the crisis center provided by the Foreign Ministry.

'€œWe are still waiting for confirmation as to what happened to them,'€ Ozom said, as quoted by kapanlagi.com. '€œThe current mood is not right to release a single.'€
