he Indonesian subsidiary of France-based cosmetics giant L'Oréal says that it is looking to digitize various aspects of their service.
During the launch event of the company's tutorial make-up service using the wearable Google Glass device, the business development manager of the company's luxe division Venny Septianita said that the company has actively utilized the digital technology.
'In the future, we see that digital technology will be everywhere. For example, the make-up tutorial in print is passe, it should be digitized by now,' Venny told The Jakarta Post on the sidelines of the event on Friday.
She also said that the company is looking to create a mobile application that enables the customers to check the way the company's products fit their facial features.
'So they can see if one product fits them or not, whether the red or pink lipstick fits them. However, we are still looking for the apps that would suit the customers the best,' she said. (fsu)(++++)
