inkin Park have shared the episode of Carpool Karaoke that the band shot with their late frontman Chester Bennington, just six days before his suicide.

The video, which was shared on their Facebook page and Apple Music late on Thursday (Oct 12), comes almost three months after Bennington's death.

The 24-minute video, which was published with the blessing of his family, features Linkin Park members Bennington in the driver's seat, accompanied by rapper Mike Shinoda, turntablist Joe Hahn and actor-comedian Ken Jeong.

Carpool Karaoke: The Series is a web series spin-off of British talk show host James Corden's popular Late Late Show segment.

The episode features Linkin Park singing along to their own songs, namely Numb, In the End and Talking To Myself, as well as Red Hot Chili Peppers' Under the Bridge. The group then leaves the car for a karaoke party bus to sing Lynyrd Skynyrd's Sweet Home Alabama and Aerosmith's I Don't Wanna Miss a Thing.

In a bittersweet moment during the episode, Bennington says: "This is probably the greatest day of my life."

The 41-year-old was found dead on July 20 in his southern California home, with the The Los Angeles county coroner's office determining his cause of death as suicide by hanging.

The episode end with a link to the One More Light Fund at www.musicforrelief.org, which the band established to honour Bennington.
