URABAYA: Christian Petra University, in cooperation with the Surabaya municipality, launched Friday the Surabaya Restaurant Award (SRA), aimed at evaluating the city's restaurants and improving their services.
The award features several categories, including for best restaurant in physical evidence, best restaurant in building trust, best restaurant in service orientation, best restaurant in product value, best restaurant of the year, and the favorite traditional warung (roadside food stall) for traditional Surabaya cuisine.
By launching such an award, both the university and the municipality say they hope all restaurants, including warung in Surabaya will keep up or improve on their overall quality.
