Tycoon Tomy Winata will build a 638-meter building with 111 floors, which is to be named the Signature Tower, the fifth-tallest building in the world according to the Arch Daily.
The US$1 billion (about Rp 9.2 trillion) project will be built at the Sudirman Central Business District (SCBD), Jakarta. SCBD is managed by PT Danayasa Arthatama Tbk.
