Actress Kirana Larasati said she had turned into a morning person thanks to her new exercise routine.

'€œI now love exercising very much. I exercise four times a week; I do power swing, Zumba and many others. I'€™m really into fitness,'€ Larasati said as quoted by kapanlagi.com.

The 26-year-old also said she was restricting herself from eating certain types of food.

'€œI refrain from eating fried food. I eat more fruit, especially dragon fruit. I also drink more water,'€ said the actress who added she was maintaining her weight between 45 and 49 kilograms.

Larasati started to make her name in showbiz after starring in the TV soap opera series Azizah in 2007. She started acting in feature films in 2006 and has starred in six movies since, including Slank Gak Ada Matinya (Slank Never Dies) last year.
