Democratic Party politician has said that the Gerindra Party'€™s presidential candidate, Prabowo Subianto, could reunite with his ex-wife Siti Hediati '€œTitiek'€ Hariyadi.

A member of the Democratic Party Advisory Council, Melani Leimena Suharli, who is also the deputy speaker of the People'€™s Consultative Assembly (MPR), said that the two had given indications that they could get back together soon.

'€œShe showed up during the two presidential debates with their child,'€ Melani said, as quoted by tribunnews.com.

Melani said that it would be better for the two to reunite before the July 9 election.

Many have questioned who would be the first lady if Prabowo, who has yet to remarry, were elected.

Prabowo was previously married to Titiek, the daughter of former president Soeharto, who ruled Indonesia for more than 30 years. They have a son, Didit Hediprasetyo, who is a fashion designer residing in Paris.
