AKARTA: Fashion designer Ivan Gunawan has a lot to prove to himself. In his 10 years in the industry, he has experienced ups and downs that will all be documented in his upcoming book.
The 300-page book, set for a November release, will discuss his career achievements and will include photos of his works that had been featured in prominent fashion shows at home and overseas.
'It's not that I'm trying to say, 'Look at what I've done in just 10 years', it would serve more as my track record and self-reminder,' the 33-year-old says.
Ivan, who is also a TV host and actor, presented his latest bridal line collection named Madame Sakura at a wedding exhibition over the weekend at the Ritz-Carlton hotel in Kuningan, South Jakarta.
