AKARTA: Actress Tika Bravani said she managed to perform all the fighting scenes in the newly-launched action movie 3 (Three) smoothly, thanks to the guidance of martial artist Cecep A. Rahman, who is known for his role as The Assassin in the noted film, The Raid 2.
'I had no significant problems doing the fighting scene in the film because I was helped by Cecep A. Rahman,' the Bali-born actress said after the film screening in Bandung on Thursday evening, as quoted by tribunnews.com.
Helmed by Anggy Umbara, Three shows dystopian Indonesia in 2036, where freedom of religion has been taken away. Tika took the role as a journalist's wife.
'This is my first action film. It was quite challenging because I did all the fighting scenes by myself ['¦] I had bruises and sprains during the filming,' she recalled.
