Motorists coming from North Jakarta and heading to South Jakarta are advised to use alternative routes, such as via Jl. Galunggung, Jl. Latuharhari, Jl. Sultan Agung, Jl. Minangkabau, Jl. Dr. Sahardjo and Jl. Dr. Supomo, or via Jl. KH Mas Mansyur, Jl. Prof. Dr. Satrio and Jl. Casablanca.
Meanwhile, those from Cawang heading to the Semanggi area have been told to take Jl. DI Pandjaitan, Jl. Basuki Rachmat, Jl. KH Syafei, Jl. Cablanca, Jl. Prof. Dr. Satrio.
"Once the construction has been completed, the traffic arrangement will return to normal," he added. "We also advise motorists to follow directions from traffic officers in the field." (dmr)
