olice are still hunting Ridwan Sitorus, alias Ius Pane, aka Marihot Sitorus, one of four people suspected of killing six people at a house in Pulo Mas, East Jakarta.

“I have ordered [my officers] to capture Ius dead or alive,” Jakarta Police general crimes director Sr. Comr. Rudy Heryanto Adi Nugroho told kompas.com on Friday.

Rudy said the police had spread the suspect’s photo via mass media, calling on him to surrender before the police to take firm action.

He said that Ius, who was born in Medan, North Sumatra, on Nov. 11, 1971, has brown skin, black hair, a square face and scar on his cheek.

Police earlier arrested Ramlan Butarbutar and Erwin Situmorang in Bojong, Rawalumbu, Bekasi, West Java, on Wednesday. Ramlan was shot dead while Erwin was shot in his legs for resisting arrest. Meanwhile, Alfins Bernius Sinaga was apprehended at a house in Villamas Indah, also in Bekasi, on the same day.

The four suspects allegedly locked 11 people in the house’s bathroom while robbing the house on Monday. Six of the victims, including the house owner, businessman Dodi Triono, 59, and his daughters, Diona Arika, 16, and Dianita Gemma, 9, were found dead on Tuesday. (jun)
