inarmas Land and Dwijaya Karya are working together to develop an affordable apartment block in the BSD City area in Serpong, South Tangerang.

Under a joint venture called PT Bumi Megah Graha Asri, the two companies will develop Akasa Pure Living (APL), comprised of six apartment towers, the first of which is set to be the 764-unit Kalyana Tower.

It will offer three different models of living spaces: a studio type covering 22.86 square meters, a one-bedroom type at 30.46 meters and a two-bedroom type at 51.03 meters.

According to Sinar Mas Land'€™s managing director for corporate strategy and services, Ishak Chandra, pre-sales for Kalyana Tower have been conducted since June 7.

'€œOur initial offering price is Rp 218 million, outside of value-added taxes,'€ Ishak said, as quoted by kompas.com.

The new residential area will include a number of facilities, such as 24-hour security, a themed swimming pool, a playground, a jogging track, a digital park, an Olympic park, a roof garden, shops and a gym.

The site can be accessed from a number of toll roads.

It is close to places like the BSD business district, AEON Mall and the Indonesia International Expo & Convention Center.
