Your comments:
Well, I am sure that the expo about Doraemon will be really interesting and amusing, especially for all fans of Doraemon. We can explore all about the features, history, gadgets and many more things related to Doraemon at that event.
Actually, I have been a big fan of Doraemon since I was a child, I have watched and liked the cartoon.
Khoirul Umam
Doraemon is one of the most popular anime characters in Indonesia. I hope the other anime characters in Japan can expand more in Indonesia. I really hope so.
Insan Muplihah
I hope that the Doraemon gadgets expo will not only be held in Jakarta but also in big cities around Indonesia such as Surabaya, Bandung and many more places.
Ike Zahrotul Jannah
This expo is a great program. Many Indonesians like the Doraemon movies, so this program will get a good response and I am sure it will be a success. But it would be better if this program was held in several other places too.
Olla Roemlah
I think this kind of event will make Indonesia's Doraemon fans become more admiring of Doraemon itself. Hopefully this event can inspire Indonesians to create an imaginary awesome robot.
Thanks to Animation International Ltd., which will hold this event in Indonesia.

I hope I have the chance to meet them because I have loved them since childhood and I always watch them even though now I am a student in university.

Prabowo camp 'must monitor Jokowi govt'
Oct. 25, Online
A political observer from the Indonesian Institute of Sciences (LIPI), Siti Zuhro, has stated her hope that lawmakers from the Red-and-White Coalition will keep an eye on President Joko 'Jokowi' Widodo's administration, despite recent political reconciliation.
'The Prabowo [Subianto]-led coalition has to keep its promise to continue monitoring [Jokowi's performance] at the House of Representatives,' she said on Saturday.
Siti added that lawmakers from both sides had to establish an effective and professional partnership.
Your comments:
In a democracy, the separation of powers means that the elected representatives of the people should act as a check and balance on the president. The words 'check and balance' do not mean orchestrated barriers which, despite the words reconciliation uttered of late, are a key objective of Prabowo's coalition.

There needs to be checks and balances. The problem in Indonesia is that the legislature, the parties, the courts, the police and the bureaucracy are full of corrupt people. None of these institutions are remotely clean. This is the true legacy of the Soeharto era: corruption without limit across a whole archipelago.
Lasem Benny
Jokowi needs criticism from his counterparts. We may praise him but he is not free of mistakes.
Joko Prabowo
It's actually Prabowo that needs to be monitored.

It is a fundamental platform of democracy that any government, regardless of its quality, is held to account. During the elected period, this process is best served via an effective opposition in a legislative setting. The issue then becomes the opposition also being held to account for the manner, and indeed the intended purposes, in which it monitors and holds to account the government.
What the LIPI political observer suggests is perfectly correct and an intricate part of democracy.
