T

hirty-eight managers of child-friendly integrated public spaces (RPTRA) in East Jakarta attended a storytelling workshop on Tuesday in a bid to teach young students in an interesting way.

East Jakarta Library and Archives Agency head Fadlan Zurhan said the workshop aimed to enhance the skills of the managers in professional storytelling for students of early childhood education centers (PAUD), kindergarten and elementary schools.

“It is because RPTRAs are often visited by children, hence, the managers have to be competent at storytelling,” Fadlan said, as quoted by beritajakarta.com.

He added that storytelling was one of the most practical methods with maximum results to deliver materials to students. (wnd)
