Danny “The King” Kingad of the Philippines, a professional martial artist with a perfect five-win record, is slated to meet Inner Mongolian fighter Hexigetu in Surabaya, East Java, on July 29 in a fight brought by leading sport promoter One Championship. The fight, dubbed as “ONE: Conquest of Kings,” will be held at the Kertajaya sport stadium. Hexigetu, who has so far secured four wins and two loses, is in his attempt to make a promotional debut.

Besides the international fighters, Indonesian prospect Stefer Rahardian, who won the ONE: Titles and Titans flyweight tournament last year, challenged Niko Soe, a 24-year-old flyweight prospect with a 3-1 professional martial arts record. He possesses a well-rounded set of skills, complete with a great kickboxing base and a capable ground game.

In his most recent bout, Soe defeated Malaysia’s Muhamad Haidar via first-round submission.

In addition to the exciting card, ONE Championship is also set to hold the 2017 Surabaya Bantamweight Tournament, which will feature Indonesia’s top martial arts talents as they battle it out for the distinction of being crowned Tournament Champion.
