o promote Japan's cultural tourism, the country's national broadcaster NHK World is hosting a series of activities at several Jakarta shopping malls in September and October.

The activities are divided into three parts: a pop-up booth, a Domo-kun exhibition and event promotions. The pop-up booth, which takes place in Senayan City in South Jakarta from Sept. 1 to Oct. 2, is designed to give visitors a closer look at Japan's tourism and food culture, the two main attractions for Indonesians visiting the country, by showing the free NHK World's Video on Demand (VoD) service.

As Japan's largest broadcasting organization, NHK World works extensively to promote Japanese cultures by broadcasting television shows, such as Journeys in Japan, Dining with the Chef, and many more. (kes)
