T

he St. Regis Jakarta has partnered with Elite Grahacipta for the second time to present artisan Baccarat crystalware collections at the J.J.A. Restaurant and the St. Regis Bar Jakarta.

Building upon the success of their previous partnership, this collaboration merges luxury dining with the artistry of Baccarat crystals and the innovative mixology of the St. Regis Bar Jakarta from June 1 to Aug. 31.

Central to the experience is the exclusive Private Dining Room (PDR) at the J.J.A. Restaurant, offering guests a lavish and intimate setting adorned with the brilliance of Baccarat crystals showcased on its shelves and dining table. Guests will have the opportunity to admire and acquire the exquisite pieces, ensuring a truly refined and unforgettable culinary journey for discerning connoisseurs.

Complementing the luxurious ambiance is a specially curated set menu by Chef Oscar Perez, offering an unforgettable culinary journey over the course of three months. Priced at Rp 1.6 million (US$97.43) per person, each month focuses on a distinct five-course set menu theme.

June brings the theme “Facets of Joy” to celebrate the vibrant flavors of summer, focusing on dishes bursting with sweetness, fragrance and freshness including “White Asparagus, Organic Chicken and Diver Scallops”, “Mulwarra Lamb Cutle” and “Symphony of Summer Berries”.

For July, sustainable seafood practices and ingredients will be highlighted with “Tale of Water” emphasizing the importance of water in the culinary world through delicacies such as “Sturia ‘Vintage’ Caviar”, “Oyster-Parsley Cream”, “Boston Lobster and Dover Sole” and “Jivara Chocolate Tart”.

Lastly, the collaboration will be closed with “Fire of Passion” in August, introducing autumn with earthy flavors and delectable grilled meat selections inspired by the primal yet effective cooking method of fire, such as “Smoked Foie Gras”, “Torched Scallop”, “Pan-Seared Trout”, “Pira-Grilled Prime Sirloin” and “Coconut and Pineapple Carpaccio”.

Meanwhile at the St. Regis Bar Jakarta, guests can indulge in an array of captivating cocktails including signature Baccarat-themed creations such as the “French 1841”, “Eve Martini”, “Baccarat Sour” and “Harcourt Old-Fashioned”, while those seeking a non-alcoholic option can savor the “Harcourt Spritz”.
