merican guitarist and co-founder of hard rock supergroup Mr. Big, Paul Gilbert, and Los Angeles-based rock band The Calling are among the international artists set to perform at the Jakarta Blues International Festival from Dec. 7 to 8 at Tennis Indoor Senayan, Central Jakarta.

According to a representative of promoter Business Development Boart Indonesia, Triadi Noor, Gilbert and The Calling would entertain the crowd on both days of the festival, alongside English singer-songwriter Ken Hensley and American guitarist and former member of Guns N' Roses, Ron "Bumblefoot" Thal.
"Bumblefoot will present a solo acoustic performance with his electric guitar and host a guitar masterclass during his show," Triadi told a press conference in Jakarta on Wednesday as quoted by kompas.com.

A meet and greet session with Bumblefoot would be held as well to cater to fan demand, Triadi said, adding that Gilbert would also hold an acoustic masterclass, while The Calling would present an acoustic duo performance.
On the second day, Hensley is scheduled to perform an acoustic solo, Gilbert will put on a full band show, The Calling will present a live show concert, while Bumblefoot will feature a show dubbed "Tribute to Blues Heroes".
All the performers will grace three stages, namely Iconic Stage, Crossroad Stage and Vintage Stage.
Starting from Aug. 30, up to 800 presale tickets will be up for sale on tiket.com at Rp 575,000 for daily tickets and Rp 1 million for two-day tickets. Regular tickets will be available for Rp 650,000 and Rp 1.15 million. (ran/kes)
