ANGERANG: The Transjakarta bus service will be extended to Poris Plawad Terminal in Tangerang municipality, 15 kilometer west of Kalideres Terminal in West Jakarta, an official said Saturday.
Tangerang municipality spokesman Ahsan Annahar said both the Tangerang and Jakarta administrations had signed an agreement for the extension of the busway service by next year.
"The municipal administration has prepared a budget for the preparation of the busway service, while the Jakarta administration had prepared 10 buses to serve passengers from Poris Plawad," he said.
