ANGERANG: Tangerang Police have warned the officials of football club Persikota following a series of brawls triggered by its supporters during the Liga Divisi Utama Indonesia 2009 competition.

“If brawls still occur, we will stop the ongoing football matches and Persikota will be banned from playing here,” said Tangerang Police chief detective Comr. Budhi Herdi Susyanto.

Four Persikota supporters were rushed to Tangerang General Hospital (RSUD) after they were shot with air riffles by unidentified men in a brawl with residents living near the Benteng Football Stadium on Tuesday.
