Anti-Facebook: Protesters hold banners and placards at an anti-Facebook demonstration outside a mosque in Mumbai, India, on Friday. Protesters demanded that the government ban access to the social networking site in India after it hosted a group that has been promoting a competition for drawing caricatures of the Prophet Muhammad. I absolutely disagree with this contest because the image of Prophet Muhammad should not be depicted in any picture, even cartoons. It’s forbidden in Islam.
Perhaps someone wants to play off against Islam. Other contests would be more useful.

Let’s not confuse what Islam says and what people are allowed to do. If Islam forbids people from creating images of the prophet, I believe it means Muslims should not create images of Prophet Muhammad.
If Islam forbids the consumption of pork, does that mean all people are not allowed to eat pork? No, it means Muslims should not eat pork.
I think it is the same for all religions; their laws only pertain to their followers.

They can do anything to hurt Islam but Islam will never die.

All Muslims disagree with this absolutely. We believe that Islam and Muhammad are rahmatan lil alamin (blessings for the universe).
