A college student is facing serious charges for his alleged attempt to hypnotize Padang Police chief Adj. Sr. Comr. Eko Nugrohadi via a cell phone. “The suspect was arrested on Jl. Pattimura in Padang,” Eko said.

He added that the suspect, Adi, 19, had repeatedly called him and attempted to hypnotize him through seducing him with a woman’s voice.

Your comments:

Hypnotism cannot be induced without your consent. Moreover, some 20 percent of people are not susceptible to medical hypnosis. There is also a questionnaire called the “Stanford scale for the susceptibility of hypnosis”. One can find out in advance, whether you are susceptible to hypnosis or not.
