AKARTA: Actress Wulan Guritno is beginning a new career as a film producer in the upcoming Dilema (Dilemma).

The movie is a collaboration between five directors who created five different stories connected to one another. One of the filmmakers is Wulan’s husband, Adilla Dimitri.

The 31-year-old confessed that the new job was quite challenging because she had to turn the five films from five different directors into one.

“It is hard to merge five stories, but we did it slowly … we got rid of 50 minutes and made it into 100 minutes in the end,” she said as quoted by detikhot.com.

The film, featuring a number of heavyweight actors and actresses like Roy Marten, Jajang C. Noer, Reza Rahadian and Lukman Sardi, is slated to hit theaters on Thursday.
