otel Ciputra Jakarta, in cooperation with the Indonesian Red Cross, attracted more than 50 donors to a recent blood drive on its premises.

The Sept. 21 event, the second at the hotel this year following one in May, drew hotel employees, guests and invitees. Blood donations were conducted at the hotel’s auditorium.

“This social activity is part of Hotel Ciputra Jakarta’s corporate social responsibility program, which is scheduled to be held at least twice in a year,” said Hotel Ciputra Jakarta’s public relations executive Christine Hartati.

“We are aware that many fellow citizens out are in need of blood. One drop of blood is highly meaningful to them. Hopefully, in the coming years, Hotel Ciputra Jakarta will not only run a blood donation event but also other social activities.”
