ujitsu introduced top technology and service-based cloud computing at the Fujitsu annual forum in Tokyo on Tuesday with the aim of tapping the Japanese domestic market, which is estimated to be worth up to US$3 billion this year.
During the introduction, Tsuneo Kawatsuma of Fujitsu made a conceptual presentation to indicate the shift from private clouding computing to public cloud computing, according to a company statement made available to The Jakarta Post.
The introduction of the cloud computing services was intended to enable Fujitsu to catch up with the sharply rising rate of Japan's domestic sales of $3 billion this year, up from only $500 million in 2010. Fujitsu also plans to set up 40 foreign database centers.
Cloud computing services has allowed for revolutionary work flow in the banking industry. It is called a 'cash dispensing machine without any cash card'.
