Model-turned-actor Anjasmara Prasetya, who has been practicing yoga over the past 10 years, said he was going to do yoga for the rest of his life.

Anjasmara, who has obtained a certificate as a yoga instructor, said that physical and mental health were equally important for his daily activities, adding that he
attained both through yoga.

'€œI still do other types of sport, but yoga is different. Yoga is better for the body and soul,'€ the 38-year-old said as quoted by kapanlagi.com.

The father of four said that yoga exercises helped him to relax with every breath and control his emotions.

Anjasmara jumped from modeling to soap opera acting in 1995, starring in the Romi dan Juli series, where he met his wife, actress Dian Nitami.
