Seasoned actor Ray Sahetapy has confirmed he has landed a role in the much-anticipated superhero film Captain America: Civil War. He has arrived in Atlanta, the US, in preparation for two days shooting starting on Monday.
'Yes, it is true. I am involved [in the movie],' Ray said when contacted by kapanlagi.com on Saturday.
However, he kept his mouth shut about his role in the movie, which is directed by Joe Russo and Anthony Russo.
Ray's involvement in the franchise grabbed national attention on Friday after filmmaker and actor Dennis Adishwara, on his Twitter account, posted a picture of Ray trying on a costume for the movie.
Captain America: Civil War follows the events after Tony Stark's peacekeeper-turned-villainous robot Ultron has been dismantled. The collective governments of the world pass an act designed to regulate all superhuman activity. This polarizes opinion among the Avengers, resulting in an epic battle between Iron Man and Captain America.
