oshua Matulessy, JFlow by stage name, has developed the habit of spending up to 10 hours each day at his favorite coffee shop, making use of the free Wi-Fi.
'In the past three years, since the coffee shop started providing a free Wi-Fi service, I've gone there every day,' said the rapper, who is also known as a music producer, TV host and writer.
From writing an article, editing song tracks, checking on emails, to uploading videos, JFlow found the internet connection at the coffee shop was faster than at his house, while the ambience, he said, built the right kind of mood for him to complete his work on his laptop.
'I created the record demo of 'Kekinian' (Age and Day) at the coffee shop despite people's stares,' he was quoted as saying by Tribunnews.com, referring to his newly released single.
As a regular, JFlow, 35, said that all of the workers at the coffee shop knew him.
'I always leave a big tip so that they won't be mad at me for sitting there so long'.
