Emirates will be hosting a cabin crew recruitment open day on Sunday at 8:00 a.m. in Novotel Tangerang.

Applicants are required to bring an up-to-date CV in English and one recent photograph. Candidates are also expected to meet certain requirements, including being 21 years of age at the time of joining, a minimum height of 160 cm, fluency in English (written and spoken) and able to easily adapt to new people, places and situations.

"Candidates will need to come prepared to spend a full day at the venue. Shortlisted candidates will be informed of timings for further assessments and interviews,” said Rashid Al Ardha, Emirates country manager for Indonesia, in a press statement.

“Our cabin crew are open-minded, helpful, friendly and service-oriented. This open day is a great opportunity for people to get their career off to a flying start,” Ardha added.

Dubai-based Emirates currently flies to 161 destination and operates a fleet of 270 all wide-body aircraft, including the Boeing 777 and the Airbus A380 aircraft. (saz/wng)
