member of South Korean pop group JYJ, Park Yoo-chun, better known as Yoochun, has been accused of sexually assaulting a woman who works for an adult entertainment company in South Korea.

The incident allegedly happened in a bathroom at a nightclub in Gangnam. According to the police, the woman claimed that Yoochun sexually assaulted her after she turned down his advances.

Yoochun’s agency, C-Jes Entertainment, has denied the accusations. “The opposite party’s claim is just a one-sided claim based on falsities, and will be revealed as such through a following police investigation,” the agency stated, according to Allkpop.

Although the woman has reportedly dropped the charges, the police are still investigating as more women have subsequently come out claiming to have experienced similar incidents.

Yoochun is currently fulfilling military service requirements. According to his agency, he will withdraw from the entertainment industry if the claims are true. (kes)
